He discussed the difference between teacher-centred and student-centred approaches, emphasizing the role of teachers as guides and facilitators. The session also highlighted the importance of intrinsic motivation over external rewards. In addition, Fr. Bibin introduced the concept of value-based teaching, which included Appreciative Inquiry as a positive approach to recognizing and building students’ strengths. Various psychological aspects related to student behaviour, learning, and well-being were also discussed.
