This special occasion honors the unwavering dedication of educators and commemorates the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of India and a significant figure in Indian education.
The celebrations began with a heartfelt prayer and pledge, setting the tone for the day filled with appreciation and joy.
Adding to the day’s festivities, Fr. Jijo Jose the Manager shared his invaluable wisdom, further highlighting the critical role teachers play in our lives. The stage was then set for an array of cultural performances, including a vibrant group dance by the students, which captivated the audience with its energy and creativity.
Student Falguni’s touching speech about the impact of teachers resonated deeply with everyone present, capturing the essence of the day’s celebrations. A skit performed by the 10th-grade students creatively depicted the spirit of Teacher’s Day, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.
The day continued with a moving speech from a 7th-grade student, followed by an exhilarating dance performance by the 10th-grade boys, which added to the festive atmosphere.
In a gesture of appreciation, Fr. Jijo presented gifts to our teachers, recognizing their hard work and dedication. The event concluded with a poignant address from our respected Principal, Fr. Robin, who emphasized the invaluable contributions of teachers to personal and academic growth.
As a final tribute, a Vote of Thanks was delivered, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the day memorable. The celebration ended with the National Anthem, fostering a sense of pride and unity among all attendees.
