On November 14th, St. Claret English Medium School, Chimur, commemorated Children’s Day with an array of exciting programs and activities that celebrated the essence of childhood. The event was a special occasion to recognize the unique talents and spirit of the students.
The celebrations kicked off with a morning assembly, setting the tone for a fun-filled day. Our dedicated teaching staff organized various performances and activities that entertained and engaged the students throughout the day.
One of the highlights was a lively and energetic dance performance by our teachers, which captivated the students and vividly showcased the life of a typical student. The day was further enriched by a soulful group song performance by another group of teachers, spreading joy and harmony.
Rev. Fr. Jijo Jose, the manager of the school, delivered an inspiring message that highlighted the significance of Children’s Day and its importance in shaping the future of young minds. Fr. Robin Paul, the Principal, also spoke about the relevance of the day, emphasizing the role of education and nurturing in a child’s growth and development.
In addition to the performances, the day included the prize distribution for the winners of various arts and sports competitions held earlier. This was followed by the unveiling of the poster Milan 2k24 for the upcoming Annual Day celebration, which was a major attraction of the day.
The entire program concluded around 1:00 PM, leaving students, teachers, and staff with lasting memories of a joyful and meaningful celebration.
